IMPORTANT NOTE: Polycom RealPresence Mobile is designed for enterprise deployments and requires Polycom RealPresence infrastructure (CMA 5.4 and higher). To take full advantage of advanced features and capabilities, Polycom RealPresence Mobile runs on the Polycom RealPresence Platform, which enables tablets to video conference with other tablets as well as with desktop and immersive video room systems within the enterprise. Please contact your IT administrator for further information about your organization's video infrastructure.

Participating in a video call requires sending and receiving large amounts of data. Be sure that your service plan allows a sufficient level of data transfer to support video calling.
Also note that RealPresence Mobile is compatible with Polycom® RMX® 4000 and 2000, and requires version 7.2.2.20 or later with MPMX media card.
